Personal training, is aimed at a specific goal eg. lose weight, gain strength, sport specific, body shaping, lean body mass and rehab. At Fitness Underground Cross Training, we are dedicated to providing the motivation, high intensity, personalised programs and the tools needed to improve.
Packages are avaliable in 20 sessions for $800, or on direct debit for $70 per week for 2 sessions.
Also avaliable $99 unlimited personal training per week on a 6 month contract.
Group classes are avaliable at $49 per month.
