The intention of Gentle Exercise is to develope a deeper relationship with your body through the gentle rhythm of your natural breath. This will allow you to truly connect to you and your body whilst bringing you a new awareness to your posture and the imbalances within your body. Through this gentle movement you let go of the hardness that you hold within your body that causes stiffness, discomfort, pain, illness and stress. All the later can cause dis-ease in our bodies. Gentle Exercise Training includes: Connection, Stretch, Strength, Cardio and stability.
