Paving your way to a clearer future
Conducted over a 12 week period consisting of - 12 Wednesday evenings and two weekends, Life’s a maze - Paving your way to a clearer future, walks anxiety sufferers through their life's maze, dissolving their barriers of negative and damaging self-talk, clearing a path to a clearer future. The aim of our work is to provide the tools to assist with everyday stresses, along with taking the terror out of everyday experiences. Living with anxiety does not have to be a life sentence, with self-work anxiety is manageable and the more we approach it, the less we will feel it. The evening sessions will support you to recognise your anxieties, whilst labelling the somatic responses you are experiencing as a result. The weekends are the foundations of the program, with bountiful opportunities for you explore yourself on a deeper level.
