Start your Golden Roast wedding banquet with hot nibbles served to your guests on arrival. Follow this with your choice of 3 succulent marinaded meats, a selection of up to 7 salads or vegetables plus potatoes baked in their jackets served with sour cream. Complete your meal with your choice of up to 4 delicious desserts (including gluten free options) or opt for using your wedding cake as dessert and select a cheeseboard instead.
With this menu your tables are set with our stainless steel cutlery, bread & butter plates, bread rolls & butter pats. The buffet tables are covered with white linen table cloths and we use our special wedding serving bowls and stands.
Complimentary tea and coffee is availablable and your choice of colour for napkins.

We cater for a minimum of 30 adult guests except during December when we have a minimum of 40 adult guests.
However if your total number of adult guests is less than 60 we do have to add on a $100 surcharge.
