Case studies are great marketing tools.
Also called "product testimonials" or "installation stories", they are useful to showcase your capabilities to a target audience. They explain how your company provided the solution and why the solution works.
Using a statement of problem, or inefficiency, shows how your company worked with the client (“case study site”) to improve issues/problems, by addressing:
