KO Group Fitness Sessions Information
A typical Group fitness session will will run for an hour, with a 10min warm up followed by 45 minutes of exercise including a warm down. In the session you choose to come to you will interact with qualified trainers and fellow members. You will be pushed to the limits everytime you attend a session as each session is different.
