What is so different about boot camp Before coming to Boot camp; I had been a member of 3 – 4 different gyms. Every time I would start going to the gym on a regular basis for a week to two and then I would come up with every excuse I could find. A personal trainer would come to me (sometimes) on the first couple of occasions and then I would be on my own. This boot camp is very different. For starters the trainer is very friendly but does not hesitate to push me to go beyond my limits. The people who come to training are very friendly and make exercising together a fun thing to do. The location is quite handy and since the sessions are outdoor; there is always nice views and freshness about unlike being in a gym. When we do group exercises I get motivated to either keep up with the pace or do better. There are classes in the morning and in the evening as well – this suits my profession as I am on the go at any given time. I have been with Boot camp for 6 weeks and have consistently attended a minimum of 3 classes a week. The trainer communicates to me constantly making sure that I stay focused and motivated. There are a variety of exercises and no 2 classes are the same. I feel good about myself every time I attend a class – I know I am looking after myself and being well looked after by a professional trainer.
