One on one in private or very small group sessions with the focus of the training being you. You can choose to train for 30 minutes, 45 minutes or even an hour where we will focus on tailoring a program that suits you as an individual and more importantly, helping you to reach your goals.
We focus on functional training which is to replicate the movements that you encounter in everyday life. This may range from training for a specific sport, a senior citizen wanting to be able to spend longer in the garden, increased flexibility and even weight loss. More importantly we aim to have fun with your sessions and this leads to you looking better, moving better and feeling better.
You will use the latest training tools such as TRX, BOSU and the recently introduced ViPR. Gone are the days of lying down on your back pushing out bench presses, it’s time to stand on your own two feet and move like you were born to!!
