Pole Dancing runs in 8-weeks and you begin at level one, and do a 1-hour pole class, once a week for 8-weeks. If you would just like to try it first, we run a casual pole class, once a week. This is a great place for beginners to start, and if you enjoy your class you enrol in to a course, which progresses every week!
