Yoga is accessible to everyone, the healthy and the ill, young and old. Anyone
can participate in a class, even people with chronic diseases such as
arthritis, diabetes, thyroid disorders and so on. A regular practice can help
to reduce symptoms, plus one of the best ways to prevent any ailments is by
keeping the body healthy and active.
All classes are 90 minutes, no booking required. Door open 30 minutes before each class, 15 minutes before 6am classes. No late admittence, so please ensure you arrive early.
Every class taught at Bikram Yoga Preston is under the instructions of certified Bikram Yoga teachers. Private and group classes are also available, please contact the studio to book or enquire.
