I am a boxing instructor and fitness trainer, taking either personal or group sessions. In an hour long session I will get my client or clients to warm up, stretch, work on boxing drills and do body weight exercises, and then warm down. The hour will have worked on flexibility, technique, strength, muscle tone, burning lots of calories.
