Our prenatal classes provide a nurturing space for you to nourish your life-giving body, prepare for labour and bond with your precious baby. 

This holistic course is designed to nourish you physically, emotionally and spiritually throughout this special time in your life.Our small class sizes create an intimate atmosphere, wherein students are given personalised guidance centred around their individual and ever-changing needs.

Physical Benefits:

Each class has a different theme, with safe postures that strengthen and open the body to:
  • - support you throughout your pregnancy;
  • - prepare you for the physical demands of labour, childbirth and mothering; and
  • - help with a speedy post-natal recovery.
This course has a strong emphasis on:
  • - Pelvic floor muscles, core stability and postural awareness;
  • - Practices that offer relief from many of the common ailments and conditions of pregnancy; and
  • - Breathing practices to assist you during labour and support a natural birth.

Conscious Birthing & the Spiritual Journey into Motherhood:

A special class to take time to connect with the many changes unfolding within you as your baby develops and your body transforms to nourish the life within. Special mother-baby meditations and visualisations assist you to bond with your unborn baby and overcome anxieties and fears about childbirth and motherhood. These classes offer you an opportunity for inward reflection and a chance to connect and share experiences with other pregnant women.

Pregnancy is an intense period of physical and emotional change that can at times be frightening, overwhelming and exhilarating. These classes help you to face your fears about birth and motherhood as you learn to trust your body and your intuition.

Classes are suitable for healthy, pregnant women from the second trimester onwards (12 weeks+).Beginners to Advanced welcome.

A fully accredited and experienced Yoga teacher with specialised training in prenatal studies and a besotted new mum herself, Bea is passionate about supporting and empowering women along this life-changing journey into motherhood.Bea’s guidance gives you the space and tools to deepen your intimacy with your body and the surrender of heart to flow with the unexpected … so that you may be fully present for the miracle of life unfolding within you.
