Our pregnancy yoga course is suitable for all stages of pregnancy.

 Classes consist of a variety of relaxation, meditation and breathing techniques to develop greater body awareness to help you connect with body and baby. The class includes a gentle sequence of stretches and strength building exercise to help alleviate some of the discomforts experienced during pregnancy. Previous yoga experience is not required.
