 Mums and bubs yoga helps mother and baby to strengthen their bond and enhance their communication. Each class involves a sequence just for baby to help stimulate neurological and motor skill development, improve digestion and improve sleep patterns. Mums are also guided through a restorative sequence of postures to help regain healthy posture after birth, restore energy, release muscle tension and strengthen the pelvic floor and abdominal muscles. Classes finish with a cup of green tea and a chance to meet and socialise with other mothers.
