Cyber Seniors offers Q & A (Question & Answer) Sessions. Simply compile a list of computing software/hardware related questions that you want answers for and call us to book a session. Speak with a trainer to make a casual booking or bookings to cover off your questions. No committments, not locked in terms of X no. of sessions over a certain period of time, you just call us up when you have enough questions to book a (1 hour minimum) session.

This is quite often the next step for people who have moved on from regular sessions with their trainer. Satisfied with their current level of knowledge they go about doing their own thing until a question pops up and needs addressing. Once they have a number of questions ready, they engage a trainer again to go through these issues. This is great for those people who feel proficient enough with computers to not need consistent sessions but just a guiding hand to help them along the way.
