You buy your Lifeline Card through your trainer, or Email us.
We e-mail you a printable Lifeline Card, so you can track your calls if you wish. (Postal option is available.)
As soon as you receive your Lifeline Card, it’s stored in our database – you can start calling or emailing right away. Each time you call or email, we’ll look up your record, and tell you how many minutes you have left on your card. We’ll answer your specific computer questions: “How do I…?”, “Why does it do that?”, “What should I do about…?”
If we can’t answer your question, it doesn’t cost you any minutes at all!
Lifeline Phone Support Cards never expire, and you can share them with others if you want – just let us know in advance who else will share your Lifeline Card.
