By doing 'The Work' I have personally found that I no longer react in such a strong emotional way in certain circumstances. I am able to identify where my reactions are centred in a childhood experience and by inquiring into the situation I can reframe and learn to respond as an adult in the future.
'The Work' has also helped me break the pattern of co-dependency that has existed in my family for many generations.
I now live a more peaceful and stress free life.
