I wrote this article recently after seeing many people in that state of finding it very hard to relax. It's not fun, living in today's fast paced world and finding that you are unable to relax. But there is a way, and it can be as simple as taking 10 minutes, three times a day to do something easy, to take the edge of your constant stressed state. Read my article.
