Counselling sessions will aim to help you accept your whole self and work with each part of you to become empowered rather than disempowered. Counselling will also help you cope with school/work/life challenges, managing stress, anxiety, depression and it will give you a safe space to talk about your experiences. It will help improve your self-esteem. Sessions will include learning techniques to: - Limit distractions at school and/or work and in every day life - Improve behaviour and attention to work better and more efficiently - Be more organised and to capitalise on your strengths.
