Hanley's FitnessRun Club.If this is your year to tick a Fun Run or Marathon off your bucket list, join Ty Hanley (2 x Asian Pacific Ironman) for a series of practical run squad sessions designed for both beginners to seasoned runners. During these run specific sessions you'll receive training to increase your endurance and speed, we'll also help you identify your heart rate zone and race pace for your event. Don't just survive your Fun Run, enjoy it!! Sessions are run Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 5-5.45am You can do the program on its own for $220 or put it together as part of our bigger packages.
