Who doesn’t want a strong core a tight arse and a fit strong body? Fire up your glutes to build strength, create definition, and power. Teamed with core strength, core stability and flexibility, this is a perfect 45min session to get your body in prime shape. Sessions are run Tuesday and Thursday from 6-6.45pm
