Hanley’s Fitness 8 week transformation challenge in Mornington is different to other challenges out there. This is not a cookie cutter program where everyone is treated the same and provided with the same meal plans. We take the time to assess your individual needs, be it fat loss, motivation, fitness or improved nutritional understanding and turn it into a personalised program specific to your goals.
