Like most businesses, you’re spending all of your time and attention on growing and maintaining your organisation. That is normal, because with things changing so fast in every industry it takes all you have just keeping up with the pace required in your core activities.

So you and your staff probably haven’t had the spare time and extra resources needed to dedicate to your . Expenses like couriers, stationery and office supplies, travel, printing, storage and archiving, telecommunications, utilities, , vehicle fleet, fuel and other non-core expenses.

Imagine what these kinds of cost drags might be doing to your business. Think about the implications for your business of a lower cash flow than you otherwise would have:

  • Higher interest payments
  • Lower profit
  • Less cash available to invest in growth and innovation
  • Less cash available to pay bills
  • Concern and distraction from managing tight cash flows

Being outside the core activities, and performing any meaningful comparative financial analysis is time consuming, a drain on resources and not on top of the priority list. There are so many higher calls on executive time and attention, it is easy to understand why non-core expenses so often run on largely unnoticed.

Yes, and better still – it won’t cost you one cent, nor do you have to do anything but make some basic information available.

Best of all, because we are so confident we will find and reduce the elephants in your hidden costs, we don’t charge any up-front fees. We only charge a portion of the savings we make for you, so you have everything to gain and no risk.
