Joy Yoga classes are contemporary Hatha styled classes. There are a variety of levels to meet your needs, though all classes are fun & playful and encourage you to tap into your Inner wisdom to guide you through class.
The classes are a real mix of alignment based static poses to working with flowing sequences. Both challenging and relaxing, you will learn all the different ways to approach your practice in order to bring real balance into your body, mind & life.
Restorative Yoga is taught once a month and Meditation courses are available throughout the year.
