          develop the confidence to utilise their new found skills in the work place
·         Tailored course including  project tasks and assessment materials    

Location will vary upon demand.      

Class Sizes  
Our highly skilled trainers can deliver training to groups (minimum 4 - maximum 20 [this does not apply to conference situations]).     Do not assume that your staff will benefit less by being part of a large group.  We use techniques that ensure everyone derives maximum benefit from the training.

Our courses are comprehensive and can be easily tailored to your specific requirements.   We encourage course customization to ensure that the training is as relevant to your business as possible.  

Ford Training also offer the flexible option of split training to minimise the operational impact on day-to-day business.  

How much does it cost?  
Ford Training where possible access both State and Federal funding to offset the cost of the program.    The final cost of the program will be dependent on the number of employees within the group and their eligibility status.       

Eligibility Criteria  
·         Students must complete the course in no less than 6 months and no more
          than 12 months
·         Students must be permanent residents
·         Must not have a qualification at the same or greater level
