The services that clients typically come to us for are Workplace HR investigations, bullying/ discrimination prevention, performance management, individual & team coaching, prevention training, workforce culture/health audits, safety culture or bullying surveys & mediation. Recent investigation work includes bullying, harassment, unreasonable management action, assault, sexual assault, abuse in care, fraud, poor performance & serious misconduct involving front line staff, middle/executive management & Board members. We have worked with more than 75 clients in Local/State Government, NFPs & Corporate's in VIC, SA and NSW. We do a lot of our work under 'legal professional privilege'​ & have now worked for eight different law firms. ​We do the investigation & decide on the 'balance of probability' what we think is most likely to have occurred in the circumstances & then the lawyers use that as a basis on which to provide informed legal advice to their clients. The standard of investigation required by law firms is the only standard we offer. Increasingly, we have been working in the care sector looking at the impact of workforce culture & behaviour on performance and client care outcomes.
