It’s becoming a well-known (and proven) fact that your prospect and client database is the most important internal list within a business. A database is the best way to find information about past and current clients, it is the go-to option for following up and managing new leads within your CRM, and hopefully creating repeat business for customers. Developing a lead list or a prospect database is often one of the hardest parts of business development, the very close second place winner is the cold calling piece.
