Osteopathy is a manual therapy that uses a combination of hands on techniques that include soft tissue massage, articulation/mobilisation, counter-strain, high velocity-low amplitude manipulation, stretching, exercise and ergonomic advice. Heath also practices dry needling and taping within his consults.

Common conditions treated:
Neck pain Lower Back pain Sciatica Headaches Shoulder, Elbow & Hand pain Hip, Knee & Foot pain Sports Injuries Pre & Post natal care Arthritic aches & pains Tendinopathies Repetitive strain injuries Workplace strains & sprains Post surgery rehabilitation

Each Osteopathic consultation involves a detailed case history, assessment and hands on treatment.  The client will be given advice on how to better manage their condition and prevent further recurrence.  An acute injury often will respond well and require only 2 - 4 treatment sessions, with more chronic conditions requiring more.
