Link:Q wins "Best Contact Centre" Medium Size in Asia Pacific for 2009!

On the 26th June 2009 at the Contact Centre World Awards in Singapore, Link:Q was announced as the Winner for the category of "Best Contact Centre" Medium Size in Asia Pacific!

This is an amazing result, which our organisation is very proud of, as it displays our capabilities as an industry leader in the Business Process Outsourcing and Contact Centre industry.

Link:Q's performance was "Benchmarked" against competitors from New Zealand, Pakistan and Indonesia in the category of Best Contact Centre - Medium Size from independent international judges for the elimination process that was held in March 2009.

Furthermore, Presentations held by each of the Finalist from New Zealand, Pakistan, Indonesia and Australia were conducted in Singapore 24th to 26th June 2009 of which resulted in a proud WIN from Link:Q as the WINNER for "Best Contact Centre" - Medium Size - Asia Pacific.

The long running competition reaches its final leg of this competitive journey in Las Vegas, U.S.A this coming November 2009 when the Best of the Best from America, Europe and Asia Pacific (Link:Q) take the opportunity in WINNING The WORLD AWARDS - GOLD WINNERS - BEST CONTACT CENTRE 2009

Before entering the 2009 "Best Contact Centre" competition, Link:Q were still riding the adrenaline for their achievements of WINNING BEST in ASIA PACIFIC 2008 and BEST IN THE WORLD 2009 for the Category of 'Best Outsourcing Partnership".
