It consists of two to three, 75 minute sessions each week for a minimum of 12 Sessions. When you begin your instructors not only assess your current strengths and weaknesses, but tailor the training your levels, ensuring you are continually challenged, without asking more of you then you are physically able.

In Melbourne's CBD you can choose from our Dawn Program running near Alexandra Gardens, Monday, Wednesday and Friday Mornings from 6am-7:10 am or the Dusk Program running Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6pm - 7:10pm in the same location.
