Group Personal Training classes have a maximum of 10 people per class. You get allocated a trainer that will track your progress as you continue through the program. Classes include kickboxing, boxing, MMAfit, cross conditioning and functional strength. These classes give you the benefits of a personal trainer at a quater of the price.
Our Martial Arts classes that we offer include kickboxing, boxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and MMA. The benefits of our gym is that you can have your martial arts membership and your gym membership at the same location.
