Personal training is the most effective & specific method to achieving personal fitness goals. Here at Mentally Tough Fitness a number of characteristics have been put in place to ensure affective training, which including:

Constant supervision to ensures correct technique thus reducing the chance of injury (during & post workout)
Education on exercises and the purpose/benefits of them
Training at your highest potential to push mental and physical barriers to gain maximum returns
The initial complimentary 45 minute consultation will involve 3 sections:
1. Health Screening
The screening assesses your current physical health and keep records of medical details.
2. Postural Analysis
This analysis is assessing landmarks on your body to identify structural weaknesses. This will show which muscles need to be strengthened or lengthened in order to reverse the affects of being sedentary or imbalanced.
3. Customised Exercises
After the postural analysis has been completed, it will give a clear indication of which exercises will be suitable to bring your body back into alignment.
It is extremely important that you build a strong platform through customised exercises. This will prevent imbalances that cause the body to over compensate in certain areas, resulting in aches, pains and injury.
