At Eagle Martial Arts we offer self defence training through multiple types of martial arts. Traditional Korean Hapkido with strikes, kicks, locks, throws, blocking and more. Hapkido is a jack of all trades style martial arts that is brilliant for self defence. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu which is effectively a style of wrestling. Important as many fights may end up on the ground. It includes wrestling, locks etc. Kick Boxing is mostly striking and kicks but also includes some throws techniques on how to cover and protect yourself from incoming attacks. Each of these martial arts is taught in a class on its own to keep each art pure. Students are welcome to study one, two or all of arts we have to offer under a single payment structure.
