     Our 4 Week Challenge is a rewarding way to start the week. The challenge begins on the first Sunday of every month for 4 weeks. During that time, BiO fitness group members compete to win the most improved performance.

The challenge is designed to help clients understand about commitment to training long term and actually see the results of their efforts.
