The life we lead, and our emotional response to it reflects in the body - in strengths and weaknesses. Unresolved physical or emotional issues can show as pain, in all its various forms, lack of energy for life, sleep difficulties - amongst the myriad of responses a body can develop. Shiatsu is a relaxing body therapy which can help your body achieve a state of balance and ease.
I practice general shiatsu and also have a particular interest in working with people who have suffered trauma - physical or emotional - and with people who are recovering from serious illness.
I know from my practice that for many people shiatsu therapy improves their health and enhances their life.
