Coola Hoops come in two weights: Standard and Weighted. Our standard hoops are: Small: 72cms diameter and approx. 270 grams Great for kids age 3 - 6 years Medium is 82 cms and approx. 350 grams. Medium Standard is good for 7 - 11 years. Large is 92 cms. and approx. 380 grams. Standard large is good for 12 - Adult For adults who want to tone their core and burn some calories we also have: Weighted Medium which is 82 cms and weighs approx 470 grams. Weighted Large which is 92 cms and 500 grams.
