At Kettlebell Republic, it’s our job to make sure the training and technique is solid before introducing intensity. We want durable, bulletproof people coming out of our gym – not an endless parade of the walking wounded. If you are expecting the first 8 weeks of training to be all hard, high intensity movements for high repetitions then be prepared for something different.
