Group Training: Redlynx Fitness offers classes on a variety of days and times (at the moment you can register your interest for a group session). Currently we are offering bootcamp. This is basically 60 minutes of hard work through functional exercises. The nutrition pack is FREE with anyone serious about their fitness goals; ask how you can receive the free Nutrition pack.
Personal Training: One-on-one training is great for anyone wanting a more individual take on fitness. The exercises performed in personal training cannot be stated in this information pack as all exercises are going to be specific to your individual goals and abilities. All friends doing personal training are allowed in the exclusive shower area where they are provided with a towel and toiletries after the session. The nutrition pack is given FREE for all of our friends doing personal training on a permanent basis.
Nutrition pack: Not many people know this but weight loss is 80% diet! So to ensure that all our friends achieve the best results we offer a nutrition pack. This pack is completely free for all friends who are serious about getting results and are permanent members of Redlynx Fitness.
