Group Fitness

Small groups of 6 up to 10, depending on the type. All classes are free style, choreographed by Wendy and not under licence. All levels are catered for from beginner to advanced, with individual corrections and modifications. Minimum age for Group Fitness is 15, or 13 for Belly Dance.
