Previously working at Union Chiropractic, I gained knowledge of common injuries and pains and how to utilize Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release for sports massage and over a decade of private training, fitness, and massage practice has exposed me to many mild to severe cases that massage and private training has been an amazing tool for healing, maintenance, repair, and restoration.
