This is a course designed to teach you the skills and develop tools to create stillness within your mind and body.
The classes will consist of various forms of breathing techniques, relaxation and guided meditation.
Meditation has been shown to :

enhance how to be less judgemental
allow space within your thoughts
relieve stress and anxiety
help your immune system
expand your awareness
It can also help with pain tolerance.

Please arrive 5 minutes earlier to settle in and be ready to start on time!
Join us in this small intimate group within a safe and nurturing environment.
Please bring your own small blanket / throw if required, and a water bottle. Cushions provided. Carpeted, heated meditation space.
