We were using another IT provider in the past and were not happy with their levels of service communication.
One of our key clients recommended that we speak with The Right IT and we couldn't be happier. When they first started with us they come out for a day and undertook a complete assessment of our systems, server and network, which then allowed them to come up with recommendations of changes required for our systems.
I have also found that their service offerings are flexible to our needs, allowing us to have a maintenance agreement for the server and use the technical support services for the PC’s as needed.
Nathan stood out when I first met with him; we met with another supplier before making a decision, however something about him made me feel comfortable with his suggestions and recommendations. Nathan and his team speak to us in layman’s terms and explain what they are doing and why. In the past our supplier spoke to us in technical jargon and made quick fixes that were not in line with long term strategy.
The team at the right IT are always very responsive to our needs; we will always have a response with a detailed action plan within 1 hour of sending an email, often 30 minutes! Since working with The Right IT we have had very little downtime and have proven themselves and earned our trust- we now provide them with a key pass to our building allowing them to work outside of office hours to upgrade systems and make changes, minimising any disruption to our business.
