SST - Guillotines - Product

The Swing-Beam movement of the cutting beam under a low rake angle ensures optimum quality of the cut and minimises the distortion of the sheet. Quick manual blade clearance adjustment by single handle on the right hand side of the machine. The high rigidity solid frame is of welded steel construction and ensures high stability. The ball-screw backgauge which follows the rotary movement of the cutting beam.

PS - Guillotines - Product

They have the same automated functions as the HSLX models but they also have 2 hydraulic cylinders combined with a nitrogen accumulator. Cutting capacities vary between 6mm and 32mm thick material and cutting lengths from 3000mm to 12000mm. The PS models are our custom designed heavy duty guillotines. TS - Guillotines - Product

All TS guillotines are standard fitted with the new SP9 control, conveniently located at the left hand side of the machine, within the immediate reach of the operator. Blade gap adjustment ranges from 0,05mm for very light sheet thickness and progressively increases up to the maximum blade gap required for heavier shear capacities.

HSLX - Guillotines - Product

With the new SC90 control, the rake angle and blade gap settings are set automatically by entering the material type and thickness of the sheet to be cut. The HSLX guillotines come standard with a shadow light function, to be able cutting of plate, without the use of a backgauge. Our optional pneumatic thin sheet hold-up system is assuring the perfect gauging while entering the sheet into the machine.
