Bayside Personal Training is all about you. Everyone has different reasons for using a personal trainer and my goal is to provide training that achieves the goals and results YOU want. I am especially passionate about female training and specalise in pre and post natal, pelvic floor, and also 60+ women. I have experience working with most clients, weigh loss, back & knee injuries, sports specific and both males and females. As a mum I appreciate how hard it is to find time to exercise so offer group circuits at a time ideal for mums after school drop off, or for anyone wanting to get in and out fast. At Bayside Personal Training I really like to mix things up so training could include, boxing, pilates, core strength & pelvic stability, stretching, cardio, resistance work (cables & dumbbells), balance and bosu work and of course strength work.
