Pliates plays a important role in my personal training.  Pilate exercises have huge benefits for core postural musles, including abdominals, back and buttocks.  They help improve and maintain good posture, balance, flexability and pelvic floor control.  Pilates can help with general muscle tone and moves are generally low imapct.  Ideal for most clients, but especially post natal women.
