I am especially passionate about pre/post natal fitness & specialise in mums & bubs training. Mums in the Bayside area have the opportunity to bring their babies to the studio while they train or I offer home visits for more convenience.
Pilates. Pilates can help with general muscle tone and moves are generally low imapct. Ideal for most clients, but especially post natal women.
