Pregnancy & post pregnancy, a woman's body goes through many changes posturally, hormonally & emotionally. Exercise, pelvic floor care, upper body strength and postural strength are needed to support a woman's body as she moves through the pregnancy and into motherhood.
Pilates is a wonderful, gentle form of exercise which can be adapted to the woman & her particular pregnancy, be it a need to gently relax & release, or to maintain strength and fitness.
Post natally, we offer pelvic floor work & gently re-introduce your body to exercise, specifically working on releasing neck & shoulder tension and strenthening you for life with a baby!
Mums & bub classes are available as privates or duos if you find a friend/ partner/ mother's group partner to attend classes with you. Bring your baby (under 12 months) to class.
