Solavis RadiantShield insulation is a reflective insulation product made up of a layer of fire-retardant polyethylene air bubbles sandwiched between two layers of highly reflective pure aluminium foil. The aluminium foil surfaces reflect back up to 96% of the radiant heat to achieve thermal comfort inside home all year around.

Solavis RadiantShield is a clean, safe and fibre free insulation designed to replace conventional bulk insulation. It is in full compliance with ASNZS 4859.1 and achieves over R3.0 for summer.

Because our reflective insulation is foil facing on both sides, it will provide benefit by reflecting heat for both summer and winter conditions (compared to single sided foils which only reflect heat in one direction).
