In our one-on-one sessions, an EMfit trainer will work with you to establish your short and long term goals and the ways in which we will tackle these. This is a great opportunity to get the most out of your training time. These sessions may include strength, circuit, cardio, technique and/ or power training. Get ready for an action-packed hour!
Buddy sessions are designed for those that want to train with a friend, partner or family member. When sharing your fitness goals with a training buddy, it will often help with motivation - especially in winter! These sessions can be tailored to fit a combination of fitness levels and health goals. Get out there, socialise and challenge yourself – no excuses!
Do you want to train with others, meet new people and have fun exercising? EMfit holds regular group sessions that you are welcome to join.
