November 3: Arrive Nairobi
Arrive in Kenya, transfer from the airport to the guesthouse in Karen, Nairobi. This evening we can have a casual welcome dinner to go over the trip plans.

November 4: Nairobi
Visit David Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage in the morning. After lunch head to Kibera to visit Amani Kibera’s projects including the library.

November 5: Nairobi to Amboseli
After breakfast at the guesthouse we depart on our safari adventure. Drive to Amboseli National Park nestled at the foothills of Kilimanjaro, the highest mountain in Africa. Amboseli is a premier destination in Kenya for wildlife. Indeed, one of the classic images of East Africa is that of a herd of elephant strolling across the plains with the snow-capped peak of Kilimanjaro in the background and is the reason people flood to Amboseli. Even though Kilimanjaro is in Tanzania, Amboseli has a perfect view of the world’s tallest freestanding mountain, rising an impressive 5895 metres above the plains. We will arrive around midday in time for lunch and an afternoon game viewing drive.

November 6: Amboseli National Park
A day of game driving in the park, which contains swamp grounds in which elephants and hippos are in abundance. A variety of game and birds can be be seen.

November 7: Amboseli to Nairobi
The best time to view Kilimanjaro is at dawn, when the clouds lift and the light is clear and soft. We will take an early morning game drive to witness the African sunrise light up the mountain. providing a very good photo opportunity. After this game drive we return to the Camp for breakfast before departing for Nairobi. Upon arrival in Nairobi we will check into a hostel. The rest of the afternoon is yours to enjoy as you please. You may choose optional excursions to the National Museum, Karen Blixen Museum, Giraffe Centre, or a city tour.

November 8: Nairobi to Masai Mara
After an early breakfast, drive to the world famous Masai Mara Game Reserve arriving in time for lunch. Masai Mara, Kenya's greatest wildlife reserve, is without a doubt Africa's most famous safari destination. Each year, over two million wildebeest and zebra migrate throughout the Masai Mara-Serengeti Ecosystem. It also is one of the most lion dense areas in world, the reason the BBC selected the Masai Mara for the wildlife channel’s Big Cat Diary. Other game includes: leopard, cheetah, buffalo, rhino, elephant, giraffe, crocodile and small mammals including mongoose, hyrax, dik dik and the nocturnal porcupine. Enjoy a late afternoon game drive followed by dinner.

November 9: Masai Mara
Spend a full day game driving in the Masai Mara. The abundance and variety of game in this reserve is nothing short of amazing. Nearly every mammal can be seen in the Masai Mara, however, sighting a leopard needs luck! But there are excellent chances for spotting the other big cats. The hippo pool is a popular spot where you may catch crocodiles basking on the rocks, as well as hippos. eturn to the camp for dinner and overnight

November 10: Masai Mara
Start the day with an early morning game drive or optional hot air balloon ride over the savannah. After breakfast proceed on another game-viewing session. After lunch visit a nearby Masai village to see their nomadic lifestyle and where we have the option to stay for the night.
